automatically covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty which is as
follows:
All microscopes are warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for lifetime. All electronic components are warranted for
one year. This warranty is not valid for parts damaged or lost from
negligence or misuse. This warranty is only effective if you notify dealer
or manufacturer within five (5) days after occurrence of said defect.
In plain English: If your microscope arrives and there's a problem (an
extremely rare occurrence, by the way), you're covered. If the lens is
scratched when you receive the scope, you're covered. If you throw your
microscope out the window and it breaks in two, however, you're in
real trouble. Lesson learned? Be nice to your microscope!
